Recipe: To-Go Snack Patties
Ingredients:
2/3 cup egg whites
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pure syrup
Dash pure vanilla extract
Dash nutmeg
1/4 cup slivered almond
1/4 cup raisins
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together except almonds and raisins
Once blended, fold in almonds and raisins
Heat pan with olive oil
Fry like pancakes until golden brown
Store in fridge for 5 days or freeze
Option to warm up and add melted nut butter of choice (almond butter is my go-to)
