Recipe: To-Go Snack Patties

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup egg whites 

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese 

  • 1 cup oatmeal

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp pure syrup 

  • Dash pure vanilla extract 

  • Dash nutmeg 

  • 1/4 cup slivered almond 

  • 1/4 cup raisins 

 

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together except almonds and raisins 

  2. Once blended, fold in almonds and raisins

  3. Heat pan with olive oil 

  4. Fry like pancakes until golden brown

  5. Store in fridge for 5 days or freeze

  6. Option to warm up and add melted nut butter of choice (almond butter is my go-to)
