Recipe: Banana Bread Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1 frozen banana

  • .5 cup vanilla Greek yogurt 

  • .5 cup Elmhust chocolate oat milk 

  • 2 tb oats 

  • 1 tb golden flax seeds

  • 2 tsp syrup 

  • .5 tsp vanilla 

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • 6 ice cubes

Directions (makes 1 smoothie):

The Goods:

Banana: High in potassium, B6, folate. Provides sweetness and an energy boost.

Greek yogurt: High in protein. Good source of calcium and probiotics for gut health.
