Recipe: Healthy Pancakes
Ingredients:
1.5 tb peanut butter
1 small-medium banana
1.5 cup gluten free oats
1 tb chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
.5 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup water
2 tb coconut oil
Syrup, blueberries, bananas (optional toppers)
Directions (makes x6 pancakes):
Preheat pan on low-medium heat with coconut oil
Mix peanut butter and water using a blender
Add banana, oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla to blender and blend
Fry on pan and dress with toppings of choice
Enjoy!
