Recipe: Irresistible Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cup oat flour

  • .5 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tb aluminum free baking powder

  • 2 eggs (or flax eggs)

  • 1 cup almond/oat milk

  • 3/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 3 tb coconut oil

  • Syrup

Directions (makes 4 large waffles):

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl

  2. Mix wet ingredients in a bowl

  3. Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients

  4. Cook in waffle maker

  5. Add toppings of choice and enjoy!

Coconut oil: Antioxidant and antibacterial properties. Full of fatty acids that support cognitive function, metabolism, hair and skin.
